If a marked target close to a fighter decides to make a ranged attack against one of the fighter's allies - will the fighter be able to attack him both with his combat challenge and make an opportunity attack?

What are the rules for hiding in combat? Lets assume you are hidden, and fire a ranged weapon, are you automatically revealed? Is being hidden the same as being invisible, rule-wise that is? /Saxit

Does mage armor protect against touch attacks? Does the normal invisibility spell make you invisible to undead, or do you need to use the lvl 1 cleric spell for that? /Saxit

How is this treated? If you have say, a glaive and whirlwindattack, do you attack all within 5' even though you normally can't attack them, or do you attack those at 10', or maybe you can't attack at all? Please any official sources would help as well :) I can't find it in the FAQ though. /Saxit
