Steve Vai started his career with Frank Zappa as a touring musician. Not sure if he ever recorded with him
He’s on something like 10 of Zappa’s studio recordings.

Other notable former Zappa band members:
Adrian Belew
Dale Bozzio
Terry Bozzio
Warren Cuccurullo
Patrick O’Hearn
Michael Brecker
Vincent Colaiuta
Chad Wackerman

And that’s not including stars who simply decided to team up with him for this or that, like Sting, Jen Luc Ponty, Eric Clapton and Tina Turner.

We are told at one point that a Hittite king named Mursili I, grandson and successor of the above-named Hattusili I, marched his army all the way to Mesopotamia, a journey of over one thousand miles, and attacked the city of Babylon in 1595 BC, burning it to the ground and ending the two-hundred-year-old dynasty made famous by Hammurabi “the Law-Giver.” Then, instead of occupying the city, he simply turned the Hittite army around and headed for home, thus effectively conducting the longest drive-by shooting in history.

Today I learned what "Juice Jacking" is. It was in an email that we all got from our corporate headquarters, and now I'm wondering if it might have something to do with the whole CloudStrike ordeal.

Juice jacking is just not a real threat unless you're carrying basically NatSec-level intelligence and thus being targeted by intelligence agencies. It's not like with a bad WiFi (which is a real thing to some extent) where you can potentially steal stuff from the data (though it ain't easy), and further, neither Android nor iOS automatically make the connections necessary to steal/access data that way (nor can they be compelled to by a device on the other end, otherwise the FBI would have a hell of an easier time with the phones of serious criminals). Absolute worst-case you could buy a charging cable which only works as such (i.e. physically doesn't have the data wires) and thus be immune.

(It was potentially more of a real threat a decade or more ago when mobile phones more readily made data connections.)

CloudStrike was 100% idiocy and bad procedures from a company who were convinced they were too smart to need good procedures, 0% hacking.
