BECMI: I loved the improvements each step up the chain created and the first incarnation of the Immortals rules.
1E: I liked Wizards and Clerics, as well as weapon speed factors.
2E: Wizard school specialists and specialty clerics.
3E: I absolutely loved the feats and prestige classes. It allowed such fantastic customization that I could make virtually any character concept I had.
4E: I skipped this edition.
5E: I like bounded accuracy(even if it bounded a bit too much), feats and subclasses.
