Looking for spoilers, Freddy vs Jason

K, I don't want to see this movie but I want to know who wins or loses or both win or both lose.

Please spoil this movie.

The wierd thing is, Matrix, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings and any other number of movies are usally spoiled weeks before they are released, why is this one so elusive?

I saw it last night. Here's a spoiler for ya:

It sucks.

The acting is bad - I mean, even worse than you would expect going into it. The fights are boring, there's too much nothing in the middle of the movie, and it's just no damn good. Near the end, it looks like they've killed each other, but then...GASP! They're both still alive! What a twist! What a setup for another crapsack of a movie! Avoid it.

series as a whole, or only the ones generally considered the

I'm not saying your wrong or anything. I haven't seen the movie
and I wouldn't be surprised if it sucks. But I need context.

Going to a slasher film and expecting good acting and plot is like going to a Michael Moore documentry and expecting honest and reliable facts. You'll be sorely disappointed.

I enjoyed the movie, but I've always had a soft spot for 1980s horror films. I thought that the fight between Freddy and Jason was quite good, my only complaint is that I wish it was longer.

To answer the question of the original poster: Jason wins. Although Freddy does appear to still be alive, at least as alive as you can be when you're nothing but a disembodied head.

By the way, I would LOVE to see Ash taking on Freddy and Jason.

The group of teenagers were going to give Jason CPR to keep him alive. Isn't he already dead?
