D&D (2024) Standard vs Alternate covers (+)

Assuming you are going to buy at least one of the 2024 core books for D&D, which version are you going to pick?

I made a + thread because this is not about whether the revision is good or not or whether you are going to buy it or not.

I like the alternates better, so ill pick up those. I really dont need multiple sets or have completest notions.

Alts for PHB & DMG, standard for MM.

Standard, but I would get the alternate ones: I will wait a little for buying the core set, just to get a late print with errata, but obviously the alternate will be only early runs, sadly

I preordered the alt covers. I absolutely love the art style and design, especially the Lolth one.

I like both. I love the alternate Players Handbook with the serpentine dragon and sipping tea. So charming.

Definitely alts for me. The standard covers are quality pieces for sure, but not really to my tastes, whereas the alternates very much are.

I would love get alternates...if WotC ever sell DND book in my country, but all we got is MTG cards. So only DNDB's digital is available to me.

I am waiting to see if the do a collected box set and pick my hardbacks up that way but I already have preorder the digital versions
