proposal: change death penalty

Well, that's a few judges who've said they might not mind a 4-encounter penalty. Time to vote?

I am confused as to whether or not I can vote on my amendment to CaBaNa's amendment to my proposal, but it may be easier just to abstain. However, I will say that I would vote yes to E, A, or F.

Ok, so the proposal will pass as even if Evo voted against it, it would still have enough to pass, well in 48 hours...

Do we all agree that the current PC suffering from death's penalty be grandfathered to this rule change? I say yes.

Actually, unless less he was raised, he is still dead. So the penalty hasn't applied yet.
