The bizarre thing about all of this is that it makes it TOTALLY IMPOSSIBLE to pass a ghost in a doorway if you do not have tumble.

Why? You cannot move throught his square. You cannot make any of the attacks which would allow you to enter his square, and you cannot push him out of his square. And if you don't have a magic weapon, you cannot harm him.

Interesting how the most impenetrable thing in the universe is not physically tangible.

At some point the DM has to make common sense ruling and state that since they are incorporel, they can't actually impede your progress physically. You can walk right through them (although it would provoke an AoO).

I'm thinking that if you walk right through a ghost, his incoporel touch attack automatically hits. You took care of that one yourself.

It takes more than casual contact for an energy drain or other affect to take effect. Otherwise they'd be able to drain based on their BAB instead of just once a round.

Actually, it doesn't say anywhere that they can't drain more than once per round in the general rules.

It's just that most creatures with level drain use a natural attack to deliver it, and only get a single natural attack. I've seen at least one DM get around this by using "Improved Flyby Attack" from Savage Species.

Vampires, which can potentially deliver multiple unarmed attacks, are limited to draining only once per round.

From the SRD:
Supernatural: Supernatural abilities are magical and go away in an antimagic field but are not subject to spell resistance. Supernatural abilities cannot be dispelled. Using a supernatural ability is a standard action unless noted otherwise. Supernatural abilities may have a use limit or be usable at will, just like spell-like abilities. However, supernatural abilities do not provoke attacks of opportunity and never require Concentration checks. Unless otherwise noted, a supernatural ability has an effective caster level equal to the creature’s Hit Dice. The saving throw (if any) against a supernatural ability is 10 + 1/2 the creature’s HD + the creature’s ability modifier (usually Charisma).

There's a Dread Wraith listed with a BAB of +8, it should have two attacks in a full round attack (+8/+3), but only a single Incorporeal touch attack is listed (8base+ 9dex- 1size =+16).

Unless the supernatural ability modifies another ability. Then it's an "always on" type of effect.

In this case, it modifies their natural attack, which doesn't increase with BAB.

Vampires can be monks, and potentially deliver multiple unarmed attacks. That's why they are specifically limited to a single "Drain" per round.
