Journey To The Hopi

Welcome aboard our latest Journey To... a distant culture in Earth's past to examine how we might incorporate that culture into a broader gaming experience. Today we journey to the Hopi, a sovereign nation in the southwest United States. Today, the Hopi live on the Hopi Reservation lands in northern Arizona, though once, their lands stretched throughout the area known today as the Four Corners. Let's discover more about the Hopi.

A little more straightforward than the previous alchemist and cleric sheets, in this one you can see the shield mechanics which have been mentioned a few times over the past months.

Lost Tales of Myth Drannor Now On DMs Guild

The ENnie-nominated special adventure book produced by D&D Adventurers League admins last August, containing six adventure for characters level 1-20, was created for Gen Con's 50th anniversary last year, and was available at the convention. It's now available - in PDF format only - on the DMs Guild.
The Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay 4E previews are continuing to roll in prior to the game's release next month, and this time Cubicle 7 talks a little about the points you can spend to "save your bacon in tricky situations."

Open Up New Worlds Of Gaming With The Open Legend RPG

Many RPGs promise to let us do exactly what we want, but few of them achieve this goal quite as well as Open Legend. With a bit of effort this setting-free system can allow you to build everything from a band of medieval knights to off-brand X-Men, though this comes at the cost of a little more complexity than you'd expect from the average d20-based game.
James Ohlen was one of the architects of the 1990s' Baldur's Gate and Baldur's Gate II video games, along with other classic CRPGs. He has been working for BioWare for over 22 years, but now he's leaving to publish D&D adventures with his new company, Arcanum Worlds and their first hardcover sourcebook, the Ancient Greek themed Odyssey of the Dragonlords.

Paizo has very kindly sent me the character sheets of all six of the playtest characters, and I'll be sharing them with you one at a time over the next week or so! We'll start today with Fumbus the goblin alchemist.
