Well Anubis could do, but he was more of a Death-god. Wepwawet would be closer of the egyptian gods although there really isn't a specific god of dogs in there.

What interests me is that the various dedicated gods of Dogs (as opposed to wolves) are all Neutral. Considering the typical archetype of dogs and how humans look at them, I'd have expected something more along the lines of Lawful Neutral myself.
