Per the DM Screen from the Beadle & Grimm Map Pack, it is a magic item shop run by Morley, a jovial Human Mage who's is actually a disguised Adult Copper Dragon.

I don't think this was established in Greyhawk before, but is a new thing based on a couple old things:

Bazaar implies something a bit larger than a pawn shop to me.

Is means “market” and there are lots of small shops with “market” in their name, without them being actually markets.

Also, obvious pun does not seem something you could claim intellectual property rights over.
