D&D 5E The Lords of the Nine Hells of Baator

In anticipation of Planescape next year (and @Demetrios1453 speculation the upcoming book would include archdevils) and getting ready for the blood war, I give you the Lords of the Nine (+1). These are Works in Progress (WIP) as these first drafts are mostly a copy/paste from my old Epic Updates series with a few quick tweaks. I still want to do some updating, but I would love to get some feedback before I finish these. Anyway here you go:

• Lord of 1st (Avernus): Zariel (Elite Legendary, CR 24)
• Lord of 2nd (Dis): Dispater (Elite Legendary, CR 24)
• Lord of 3rd (Minauros): Mammon (Elite Legendary, CR 24)
• Lord(s) of 4th (Phlegethos): Fierna (Elite Legendary, CR 24) & Belial (Elite, CR 24)
• Lord of 5th (Stygia): Levistus (Elite Legendary, CR 25)
• Lord of 6th (Malbolge): Glasya (Elite Legendary, CR 26)
• Lord of 7th (Maladomini): Baalzebul (Elite Legendary, CR 27)
• Lord of 8th (Cania): Mephistopheles (Elite Legendary, CR 28)
• Lord of 9th (Nessus): Asmodeus (Elite Legendary, CR 30)

PS: If you start with Zariel you can scroll down through the layers of Baator in order, rather than clicking on each individually.

EDIT: Here are some former Lords of the Nine:

• Bel (Elite Legendary, CR 24) - Former Lord of the 1st.
• Geryon (Elite Legendary, CR 25) - Former Lord of the 5th.
• The Sisters Malagard, (CR 13) - Former Lord of the Sixth.
• Moloch (Elite Lergendary, CR 23) - Former Lord of the Sixth.

Official the only Lord of the Nine stated is Zariel. However, they have provided stats for former Lords Bel, Geryon, & Moloch.

Got it. I remember now that where I saw the list of the 9 was on the forgotten realms fandom wiki

Zariel is CR 26 officially. Given she is an actual Warrior why do you have her weaker than many of the others?
