Agreed. CRs go up considerably when the monsters are ruthless SOBs.

I always warn my players before a new campaign that mosters will do things like use attacks on zero hit point charachters to make sure they stay down.
I am generally not a fan of that, unless it makes sense for the monster (Like flesh eating ghouls would try and eat someone who is downed) or it's clear that the downed character will keep getting back up. Like it makes sense to focus on the foe who is still standing over the one on the ground.

Kill the cleric first. Always.

Also yeah, I have made some errors, running four Level 20s at once so it's difficult to keep track of everything.

Here is the Campaign Link if some people want to examine the character and suggest what they do next.

I joined with my friend's account (I don't have DNDBeyond) but I can't view anything for the other characters, or the map. This is all I see:

I just learned that this is something I really enjoy. @MonsterEnvy , do you plan to make more threads like this with different monsters and level? I enjoy live plays, etc., but reading a round-by-round combat, like a record of a chess or go game, is something I didn't know I needed in my life. :)
I was thinking of a doing a round 2 with thread submitted characters, but the Dragon would have support that brought the encounter XP to the limit of High Difficulty, the Dragon on it's own does not fill it out, and can be backed up by stuff.
