D&D 5E Spiritual Weapon SPELL QUESTIONS !!!

I have some questions about Spiritual Weapon SPELL:

- A Spiritual Weapon works under the water and attacks normal or disadvantage?
- A Spiritual Weapon works after the 60ft range of magic. ?
- A Spiritual Weapon can be attacked? If so, what AC and HP?

Melee spell attacks under water are not with disadvantage, only melee weapon attacks so the attack is normal.

The weapon can appear within 60 feet of the caster and must stay within 60 feet of the caster.

No, the spiritual weapon cannot be attacked.

Where in the Book says ....must stay within 60 feet of the caster?

It doesn't have to. "Once a spell is cast, its effects aren’t limited by its range, unless the spell’s description says otherwise" (PHB p. 203). Spiritual weapon doesn't say otherwise, so it doesn't have to remain within 60 feet of the caster.

Can you actually attack with it, though, if you can't see the target? As a DM, I'd rule not. So if you send it around a corner after a fleeing foe, for example, you can't actually attack with it.
