Spiritual Weapon Question

When casting spiritual weapon i have the following questions:

1. Does it occupy a space on the board (we use minatures and want to know if it physically occupys a space that can be used by another being.)

2. Can it be attacked? IF so what is the AC and damage?

3. Does the caster have to concentrate to keep it attacking?

4. If he doesn't have to concentrate what else can he do?

5. If he does, what else can he do?

6. Can he move and still have this thing attack or can he do something else?

7. Does the weapon use all the attack bonus AND damage for the item or just attack bonus?

We note it for the sake of reference, but allow others to occupy the same square without consequence.

It is just a "force". I would not imagine it could be targetted or damaged- like Unseen Servant. You could apply the same area damage rule that Unseen Servant has- if it takes more then 6 points of area damage, then it is destroyed.

3. Does the caster have to concentrate to keep it attacking?

As long as it has a target, then no. If it does not have a target, then the caster must use a standard action to give it a new one.

4. If he doesn't have to concentrate what else can he do?

6. Can he move and still have this thing attack or can he do something else?

Anything as long as he stays within sight and range of it.

7. Does the weapon use all the attack bonus AND damage for the item or just attack bonus?

You lost me- the only bonus it gets is the caster's BAB.

From the SRD:
A melee weapon made of pure force springs into existence and
attacks opponents at a distance, as the character directs it,
dealing 1d8 damage per hit. The weapon takes the shape of a
weapon favored by the character's deity or a weapon with some
spiritual significance or symbolism to the character and has the
same threat range and critical multipliers as a real weapon of
its form. It strikes the opponent the character designates,
starting with one attack the round the spell is cast and
continuing each round thereafter. It uses the character's base
attack bonus as its attack bonus (possibly allowing it multiple
attacks per round in subsequent rounds). It strikes as a spell,
not as a weapon, so, for example, it can strike incorporeal
creatures. The weapon always strikes from the character's
direction. It does not get a flanking bonus or help a combatant
get one. The character's feats (such as Weapon Focus) or combat
actions (such as charge) do not affect the weapon. If the weapon
goes beyond the spell range, if it goes out of the character's
sight, or if the character is not directing it, the weapon
returns to the character and hovers.

Each round after the first, the character can use a standard
action to switch the weapon to a new target. If the character
does not, the weapon continues to attack the previous
rounds target. On any round that the weapon switches
targets, it gets one attack. Subsequent rounds of attacking that
target allow the weapon to make multiple attacks if the
character's base attack bonus would allow it to. The spiritual
weapon cannot be attacked or damaged.
Whether it takes up space is questionable. I would say yes since it is fighting. But since it cannot help with flanking, I'm not so sure. It cannot be attacked or damaged. You don't have to concentrate on it, or pay it any attention at all except when you want to designate a new target. It uses the caster's BAB but not damage bonus. It always does d8 damage.
