This looks pretty good! I’ll hold off judgement on the animated episode until I see it…

I know Doctor Who doesn't normally go in for time travel that changes history, but erasing Earth in some fashion would be a wild move to commit to (as opposed to having Earth's moon be a giant egg and then never mentioning that again) and more interesting than killing off the Time Lords again.

When the Doctor said he was the "last of the Time Lords," my involuntary response was "OK, sure." It was a great arc when they revived the show but doesn't seem to do much for the franchise now and suggests that Chibnall just wanted to do something big. And as with the Timeless Child, it was probably an impulse he should have ignored.
