There's already been a product announcements. Several people who worked on Radiant Citadel worked on it.

They clearly were allowed to do so and to say they were. The NDA discussion was out of date almost immediately.

It depends upon the NDA. I’ll say that ones I’ve been under still cover stuff that hasn’t been publicly disclosed or allowed to be disclosed. Regardless of whether or not the product worked on has been released.
