I'm sure you could get an artificer to combine all those things but probably only two would count as equipped at at time and a minor action to change what you have equipped. Also the components would get very expensive after awhile, or they would just have small magic bonuses.

Er... I'm sure any reasonable DM would just make an Airship crash on that artificer before he could make it.
It doesn't seem it's necessary, however, YES! on stonegod's proposal!
