PROPOSAL: Slight Change to Retiring Rules in Charter

While I think that your thoughts are really noble, it is undeniable that DMs do deserve to be rewarded and if that reward also includes being able to have an easier time levelling up or being able to avoid retirement penalties then I say they should keep it.

Right now (in my point of view), we're trying to lessen the burden on the "normal" players, while being mechanically easy to track as well as being "balanced" (the penalty can still be felt, but it won't sting like a tyrannosaurus rex)

Yeah, no one ever agrees with me on that. I'm used to it.

So, you're thinking something along the lines of what Ozymandias suggested, a percentage penalty (e.g. 1 or 2 months time xp) but it can't make you lose a level?
