Worth noting that the survey is closing on October 5th, which has means only 2 weeks. Wonder if we are going to sew a faster turnaround on the next two UA to finish up the PHB tests by end of year?

possible. Its also possible when they look at the speed of the survey returns they found that survey returns normally drop massively after 2 weeks, aka they can collect 95% of the surveys in a shorter window of time.

With the caveat that I'm as skilled as predicting WotC's moves as I am at guessing financial trends, I would say that this is very reasonable. After all, not only the revision window will have to close in the not too distant future, but the iteration process should begin to show signs of approaching convergence.

Reiterating that I’m getting a strong impression that WotC is trying to get the survey process over with quickly, at least regarding PHB content.

I don't believe in voicing support for something you don't like or support, just because there might be a worse version later. If a worse version comes along, voice opposition to that, too. People should vote how they feel.

I don't give a fig about twinning. It is at least fun and moves the game forward, rather than shutting it down like Counterspell does. I will voice my opposition to Counterspell even existing every time they ask, because that's my opinion about it.
