this all may have a lot to do with the big stink they put up over napster a few years ago.

Or maybe they're sticking to their original story of they didn't want the stuff out there without their consent?
The big stink was started because one of their songs was put out to the internet before they were ready to release it. Has nothing to do with Profit as they presented it.

Of course, that's not how the Napster side presented it, but whatever

I am SSSSOOOOOOOOOO glad the rest of these songs are pretty decent, as I just heard St. Anger yesterday on my way home from work.... The biggest POS I have ever heard, and I am a Metallica fan from when Kill 'em All was new.....

Lke the average fan has access to unreleased Metallica songs to upload on the internet on the first place?

They should have gone after the guy who released the song, who probably was affiliated with them somehow, isntead of the way fans passed it around.

Just picked up the album fer a total of $12.50 CAN. Also am getting some sort of cup cooler, comes with the CD.

Verdict: St. Anger (song) is growing on me, alignment er..... likeness has shifted one position from ty to below average (Metallica wise). The rest of the album is pretty kewl.
