What? Black Industries is not doing RPGs? What about the DC license? I was hoping and praying that since Green Ronin was developing for them we would get an M&M compatible DC game.

That totally sucks. I could think of some choice words to describe them, but Eric's grandma would not approve.

Yes, there was a press release, and there's a thread about it. (Edit: I hope that doesn't come off brusque or snarky or anything; I just wanted to give a pointer to the thread!)

I was wondering about the DC license/game myself. Chris, can you say anything about it?

Is the Campaign Guide going to be rules neutral the way the Pirate's Guide is?

Not totally but the majority of the book is setting material.

Will all the ASoIaF books be available as pdfs the way the Thieve's World stuff is or is this limited to print the way the Black Company stuff was?

Probably the former. I'll know more closer to launch.

Green Ronin is going to be my game company of choice this year! I was excited with the news of ASoIaF coming from you guys and now we're getting Savage Freeport and C&C Freeport? You're just giving me reasons to not stick with a single rulesset!

Question though. Will these companions be available only as PDFs are will they be on paper as well?

We're doing them as PDFs first. If sales warrant we'll see about print. POD may also be an option.

Hey, Chris, speaking of ASoIaF -- you mentioned you might go to DunDraCon. Any chance of a sneak peek there? :)

I don't know that I'm going to make it to DunDraCon. I'm still trying to coordinate my GDC trip.
