Wow, I really let this one get out of date... I may need to compile this thread and start over. Meanwhile, catching up.

Just last week I had to check when we lost Keith Parkinson, one of my fav fantasy artists. It's a good thing you've put this list together and for the others to add to it. Thank you, all.
