The link provided directly send you to the relevent post.

Wow, that's strange, the first time I clicked on this link, I was brought to post one of that thread, but the second time, a minute later, I was brought to the relevant post by Mike McArtor...

Edit: Hmm, yeah, passable I guess, but how many HP does she have? ( JK! ) Seems like a WIP. Writing style is a bit textbooky and straight forward. In terms of background for gods, the creation myth is what I find really interesting. Give me as story that illustrates just how "flighty and shallow" Shelyn was, with further details on how her heart opened to become so much more compassionate than others of her peers - enough to truly become a god of love, and I'll be much more interested.

I said grim because of the amount of time they've been spending on blathering about the campaign world as opposed to the adventures. Not impressed with that tactic, in any case.

Well, it seems like they "blather" on about the campaign world because that's what they get asked about most of the time (on the boards anyway). The Paizo guys are pretty prompt in responding to requests about the products (and most everything else) there, so if you want to know more about the adventures, drop them a thread. I'm sure they'd be happy to blather on about them for a while. ;)

Pathfinder adventures will be about as easy to adapt as are the Dungeon Adventure Paths. Building a campaign requries things like proper nouns and locations... it's impossible not to use these, and repeating "The God of Love" over and over is dull. And since we're setting our adventures in a new world, we need to keep track of everything in there, so of course we have a lot of the details worked out. The adventures themselves, though, will remain relatively "core" to the D&D game.

But we're pretty excited about Pathfinder, and by extension, the world we're building with the adventures. So if we get a little worked up and start to blather, try not to hold it against us too much! :)

It makes spiritual weapon kind of lame if you just have to go with the alignment weapons, but probably gods who don't naturally have a favored weapon shouldn't have one.

Exactly. If you worship the Goddess of Love, why are you using Spiritual Weapon?

Because you're playing D&D, and people react less offended when the game's super detailed about violence than when it gets super detailed about love. (/snark)

Because love hurts? Or because love is a battlefield?

Or because there are already aspects of the game that include it or assume its there, and there are certain segments of the player-base that will want it there. It's pretty easy to ignore if you want, and it doesn't take any effort to include it.
