WotBS eReader and WotBS?

How did you go about
1) getting the map and tokens and what not on the ipad, and
2) hook it up to your projector?
3) actually run the encounter on the ipad

I'm very curious about this setup

When I use the iPad -- and, frankly, when we use map tools -- we don't really use more than just the map from the projector. PC and NPCs are still minis, as if we were playing on a minimap. Its really the best of both worlds.

I tried playing with map tools, everyone in the room but with laptops to connect to the game server ... it was a dismal failure. The guys just didn't want the computer screens in the way.
