D&D 5E Druids vs Command & Sleep

Say you have a druid with 80hps. They wildshape into a bear with 34 hp's and get hit by a sleep spell. I am assuming the bear falls asleep?
Also, what if a cleric cast command on the druid to "revert" - would they shift back to their humanoid form ?

Whatever "Thus saith the DM"

Yes, the bear falls asleep, provided that the Sleep spell rolls at least 34 on HP and nothing with less than 34 HP is in the vicinity. (Not very likely really.)

I'm not sure about the "Revert!" command. Honestly I'd probably determine the answer by rolling a d6: 1-3 he understands your intent and reverts to human shape on his next turn, 4-6 the command is too ambiguous and nothing happens.

Yes, the bear will fall asleep as long as the number of hit points the Sleep spell can affect is 34 or more. The bear's hit points are the ones used until the druid reverts back to his normal form or into another form with more / less hit points.

If the bear is asleep, commanding it to do anything will not work. The bear is incapacitated, it cannot obey the command. If the bear is awake / not incapacitated, the command should work as long as the bear fails the save associated with the spell. It's a single word command that will not (presumably) cause direct harm.

If your DM decides "revert" is too ambiguous a verb, both "Shapeshift" and "Wildshape" are used as verbs in D&D with regularity. Given the druid is already in one form and their only option to "shapeshift" from animal form is to turn back into themselves, then yes, they should...provided they fail their save.

Why not train your wizard to cast fireball on command spell!

Two fireball in one round, no problem, the Cleric command it's Wizard to fireball, then the Wizrd refireball later in the round.

If the bear is asleep, there is no need to command it to revert. It has already reverted due to being unconscious.

I'm pretty sure the OP is giving two scenarios, not one. i.e
Does sleep work and/or does command work

Not

Does command work and, if so, does command work on the sleeping bear.

For me yes to both.
