After Astarte is healed, Leutheo will copy the technique to restore his own health and then helps ensure all their opponents are dead. He will search their bodies for anything useful.
Taylar keeps watch while the others heal from their opponents lifeforce, helps put the goblins down for good, and search the bodies.
Taylar says, "Let's pick a new symbol."
It takes only a few seconds for Astarte to completely recover, though she instantly becomes ravenously hungry and must start eating her trail food while she looks for something more. Even with an incapacitated or unconscious victim, like Plumeir, Leutheo lacks the necessary talent to siphon life from one of these cannibals and must, in turn, accelerate his own natural process. With some additional assistance from Plumeir, the natural recovery for Leutheo is reduced from 90 days to a little over 5 hours.
When searching the bodies, any food items that look like meat are discarded. In addition, each of the four Goblins is adorned with some type of skull fetish and crude necklaces holding different types of teeth. It is highly likely that these items harbor mystical potential whether the cannibals knew it or not.
Picking a symbol at random, the party finds itself in a mountainous area, standing upon a manufactured stone platform with a large circle of symbols at their feet. Everyone arrives facing into a mountain ravine. There is a stream cascading down from the heights through a series of falls. At higher elevations there are ornate, columned stone facades, like Taylar has seen before, which are recognized as Yahdram construction. Typical wildlife is noticed while scanning the cliffs, like goats, sheep, and soaring birds, but no people. Thinking of people, the definite sounds and voices associated with a civilized community can be heard coming through the trees behind the party, toward the lower elevation. The language cannot yet be identified, because the sounds are too faint or sporadic, but the voices of children can certainly be heard, which always indicates a friendly environment.

Plumeir gestures in agreement. "If we can talk to these people, not only might we learn where we are, they might be able to tell of something of these old Yahdram structures." Plumeir will bend chemical waylines to increase his pheromonal aroma in hopes that it will help facilitate a more peaceable reaction with the, yet, unknown people.
Taylar intends to manipulate waylines to improve his hearing to try and understand what the strangers are saying. He will creep closer if necessary, but does not want to cause an alarm.
Upon entering the larger cluster of trees, Taylar is not only able to determine some of what is being said, he recognizes the language as Maldrog. Astrate, though less versed, has slightly better hearing and can confirm. The specific sound of chopping wood draws the party toward a small group of people actively harvesting timber. Children run by, entertaining themselves, seemingly oblivious to the presence of the party. These are definitely Maldrogs. It is a good sign that not only will the neighboring community be friendly, but it will be easy for the party to communicate and gather information.
The children do not stray too far from the adults that are working in the area, but they seem free to enjoy themselves. Upon noticing the party, one of the lumberjacks stares for a second, then waves and goes back to work. Two others, who look to be guards, approach the party. Upon seeing that the party is composed of differing peoples and recognizing Taylar as kin, the female guard waves and says, “Hallo, mein Bruder, was bringt dich?,” which is to say “Hello, brother, what brings you?”

Since the strangers are Maldrog, Taylar decides to take the lead. Not knowing if they are superstitious or not, he decides not to tell of their travel through the stones. "We are friendly explorers and come in peace. We came from the direction of the ravine and falls and noticed some stone structures as we passed them. Did your people set the stones in place? We have an interest in recording such places, so if there are any more, we would like to know about them."
When he has time, Leutheo will study the items taken from the goblins and attempt to discern their potential. He will remain in the background when speaking with the Maldrog, but will smile and be friendly.
