Yes, but the limiting factor is that calling a bolt requires a standard action. So if the druid somehow has two standard actions available, or if he wishes to cast a spell with a swift or immediate action casting time, he's fine. But the average druid couldn't call a bolt and also cast Flame Strike, because that needs two standard actions. -Hyp.

moritheil First Post May 9, 2007 #3 So in short, be a creature with Quickness (Su) via shapechange, or use the MIC belt that grants an extra standard action. Or, as Hyp said, cast quickened spells.
