I dunno. If a guy, dressed in a bat suit, with bats flying all around him, suddenly appears and said "Hey listen punk!" I'd be kind wetting my pants then.

Bale may not be like Conroy and/or Keeton menacing, but then it's hard to be actually menacing with not much to see but the eyes.

And I honestly think Bale has the eyes for this movie and the character.

I can agree with Obby, the new batmobile hasn't sold it for me. (I honestly LIKED the 3rd movie's batmobilie.) But I can also see this "The Dark Knight Returns" thing going here too.

I don't see WHY people have a problem with Batman as a ninja. I mean didn't ANYONE watch that mini arc about Bruce's time in Japan in the animated series?

I'm glad though lots of people want to go see it. I hope Batman Begins breaks RotS opening and beats it around like a rented mule.

Dude, that ain't gonna happen. At least, if you're talking from a monetary standpoint. RotS broke all records for presales on tickets nearly a MONTH before it was even released. Nothing, not even Lord of the Rings, does that...Star Wars does.

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory looks like a complete mockery of what it should be. Blast! I was looking forward to it, until I saw the previews.

Unfortunately, you're guess is correct. The 10 minute preview was at the end of WBs Smallville season finale.

From the preview, 'Batman Begins' looks to be a good addition to the Batman repetoire.

Also, the Fantastic Four preview I saw before 'Revenge of the Sith' has me waiting for the chance to see the whole thing with baited breath.

Well, the 10-minute sneak preview pretty much piqued my interest. Still, I have a question: I just want to know who taught him to be the World's Greatest Detective.

The same folk who taught him to deceive the senses. Being aware of all the minutiae around and how to take advantage of it helps in trying to unravel how someone else has managed to do it as well.

No offense, I like Chikiliis but I never saw him as playing Ben Grimm or the Thing. It's even less so with Julian McMahon being Doctor Doom.

But hey what ever floats your boat. Me, I just want to see Bale duke it out with the Scarecrow and Ra'a Ghul. It should be most interesting.
