D&D 5E Baldur's Gate 3 will allow us to explore the whole city of Baldur's Gate Seamlessly

Residential areas aren't too interesting in a videogame, and they can added alter in a future DLC. Maybe even they add "housing", buying your house and adding yourself the furnitures where you wanted. Or building your own stonghold in a outdoor region.

I guess the no-enough-human species can be added to the game because then the character creator would need a lot of new body parts. Maybe in the future they could add the option of shapeshifting.

* Maybe in the future Planescape 2 we could see a DLC about an adventure in the "Athasian Tablelands" (Dark Sun). Maybe because Vecna visited the world, altering radically the timeline, or creating a "mirror plane".

According to Swen "Every house, a new adventure waiting to be discovered. And they're all different. There's a lot of depth to this place and it's a testimonial to how much our team has grown over the years. I can't wait for you to enjoy their craft."

That city is about 1 square mile, which is quite big for a Medieval style city, similar in scale to London in the High Middle Ages. Waterdeep is nearly 6 square miles.

Baldur's Gate, also called simply the Gate,[1] was the largest metropolis and city-state on the Sword Coast, within the greater Western Heartlands.

I mean, the Wiki can assert that, but the maps say otherwise.

Yes, it's the largest city on the small section of the Sword Coast that falls within the region known as the Western Heartlands. That doesn't mean it's the biggest city on the whole of the Sword Coast, nor does it mean it's the biggest city in Faerûn. It just means it's bigger than Elturel, Scornubel, Iriaebor, Berdusk, and the like.

While 5e doesn't delve into population numbers like previous editions did, here's a Twitter thread in which Ed Greenwood muses on Baldur's Gate being the second largest city in Faerûn after Calimport in terms of population. (I think Waterdeep, even with its 'transient' population, is still larger in terms of surface area.)

I made 14 various attacks with a hit probability never lower than 88.46%. Not only did I miss every attack, I critically missed every attack - every single one. When was the last time you rolled fourteen 1's in a row in a d20? When I informed them of this, not only did they "not see the problem" but stated that this was "well within the expected parameters of normal game functions". I also pointed out the impossibility of having an 88.46% chance to hit something with a d20 resolution method, but I was assured that the game was using a d20 resolution method and the math "worked" and even if it didn't, it had no effect on play. Huh? Wtf?!?!?
Unlikely does not mean impossible. Your scenario could happen with physical dice. You would need to track all your dice rolls to get a bigger and better sample size to make an accurate assessment of the game's random number generator and its fairness.

Which seems odd, if you have direct access to your unpaid alpha testers, to not communicate with them after they have paid you for the benefit of testing the game. ;)
They clearly read the forums, since they have made lots of changes that reflect the comments there. You do realise it's possible to read a forum without commenting?

And if you want the feedback to be as objective as possible, it's better not to comment, lest you influence the discussion.

When game developers do post on forums, they often get into arguments defending poor decisions, rather than making changes. In an argument, it is human nature to dig in, even when you are wrong. Not to mention its a time sink you need to avoid if you want to meet a deadline.

As Minc says "Deeds, not words!"
