Atari is one of the most abused brand names of the past few decades. I’m reasonably sure I bought a 2600 emulator about 10 years or so ago from a toy store.Whatever happened to the last "new" Atari that was coming out?
Yeah, but like just a few years ago they crowd funded a console. I remember it caused a huge commotion. I don't recall why.. I don't follow Atari very closely.Atari is one of the most abused brand names of the past few decades. I’m reasonably sure I bought a 2600 emulator about 10 years or so ago from a toy store.
I don’t think that’s it’s hard to find the old game consoles, price notwithstanding, but getting them to work with modern televisions is probably the bigger issue.Yeah, but like just a few years ago they crowd funded a console. This is nice that they're making new hardware to run old games.. I'm not sure if Atari 2600s/2800s are hard to come by or not, but keeping these old games playable is by all means a great thing.
That's a really good point I hadn't thought of.I don’t think that’s it’s hard to find the old game consoles, price notwithstanding, but getting them to work with modern televisions is probably the bigger issue.
