Noticed a couple minor issues and updated spreadsheet. I've also linked to the d20 SRD for Trap the Soul, a missing 8th level Wizard spell. It'll do until we get an offical 5th edition copy. If they post a link, I'll get the spreadsheet updated to point to it.
Updated -- Includes if the spell requires concentration
Updated -- Includes casting time and a playtest description of Trap the Soul
