Actually, that raises an interesting question - do we know if there's also a "modern" version? If so, how will it differ? Or is this perhaps the "modern" version and there will be a "classic" version?

Honestly, it would have been much cooler if they'd done male and female versions. Then everyone could have had the version they want.

Finished a light read, Bumblebee & Me: Life as a G1 Transformer by Dan Gilvezan (the original voice of Bumblebee). Short, and admittedly padded on top of that (there's an appendix for a Transformers episode guide), but there are some fun anecdotes about Gilvezan's time working on the original...

I'm very curious which multiclass combinations they considered "undesirable", and why. (And what means they used to prevent them from happening.)

Could be another reason to update the mudmen for this book...

It is billed as a WotC product, actually. And it's available under their banner on DriveThruRPG, not merely DM Guild. And interestingly, it is available from Roll20. All makes its absence from DDB kinda weird.

Re: The Lost City: Worth noting that Goodman Games' OAR version did provide 5e stats for oil and tiger beetles, wood golems, werefoxes, devil swine, and (surprisingly) giant shrews. That probably ups the odds of an update here (Wizards might even be able to directly reuse them, if they wanted)...
