Converting Greyhawk monsters

Let's just keep both. I'm pretty happy with it as is.

The original monster's is AC 6, which is 2 worse than the Armor Class we've currently got.

Hold on, no it's three worse - the Dire Raven has inherited a -1 size penalty the Executioner's Raven shouldn't have!, meaning its AC should be 17, not 16. Presumably that's an unwanted residue of a Large sized predecessor.

So, how about cutting the NA bonus for the Dire Raven?

Dex 17, NA +2, AC 16 (+4 Dex, +2 natural)

Shade'll also need to fix the Executioner's Raven, I'd rather remove the size penalty and increase the AC as follows:

Armor Class:
17 (+4 Dex, +3 natural), touch 14, flat-footed 13

It looks good. A sentence or two of flavor text outta do it.

A raven as big as a small human.

Dire ravens have the same habits and diet as normal-sized carrion crows and ravens. Like their smaller cousins, these scavenger birds are remarkably intelligent animals. A young dire raven can be tamed and taught tricks. In the wild, dire ravens sometimes learn cunning stratagems to find food or deceive predators.

Dire ravens show little fear of humanoids. They normally only fight if they feel their lives or nests are endangered. However, a hungry enough flock might try to kill and eat man-sized creatures.

Dire ravens are about 5 feet long and have wingspans of about 10 feet.

COMBAT
Dire ravens tend to strike at their opponents' eyes, attempting to blind them. They usually fly away as soon as a battle turns against them.

I'd say it's done once Shade can homebrew it...

Agreed.

Shade said he didn't have any monsters left on his Greyhawk list, but did he include all the adventures and supplements?

That reminds me, I recently came across mention of a new monster, the Aurotyugh, from an encounter in the Dungeon Geomorphs: Set Two.

The relevant text can be found on the Greyhawk Online website. It looks worthy of conversion:

13D. The Pile of Gold. Upon entering the area, the party will notice that there has been a fight. First, they will see a dragon skeleton and human remains. Then they will notice that there is still a large pile of gold left by whomever looted the room. As they approach the pile it comes to life, suprising them all, and attacks! It is a metal creature (the Aurotyugh) and so has some suprising abilities. It takes 18 hit dice (88 HP) and is Armor Class 3. It does 3-18 HP every time it hits, and its special attack abilitity is that it softens hard things. Every time it hits, its opponent goes down one Armor Class (so +2 armor becomes +1, or a Wyvern with Armor Cass 3 goes to 4). This creature is worth 25,000 GP---the teeth are made of diamonds and if carefully and time-consumingly taken out are worth 30,000 gold pieces (but only 5,000 gold pieces if hastily pulled).

So, it's an 18 HD creature with diamond teeth that looks like a pile of gold. The name suggests some relationship with the Otyugh. Maybe we could rework some of the stuff I did in "Building A Better Otyugh"?

Gold otyugh? Yeah, I could go for that. We're going to have to work on that "softening" ability, though, as it doesn't make a whole heck of a lot of sense as written.
