I don't believe in the no-win scenario
It's national public radio day and 89.3 The Current is digging deep into their live catalog. Station started back in 2005 so most of their live tracks today are going to be in the range the OP is looking for. Enjoy.

The new Taylor Swift album is fantastic, and so are the two she put out in 2020. For my money the best of the lot is Evermore (the second of the 2020 albums), but that might just be my state of mind at the moment.
KMFDM also put out a new record in September, and it's really good. They're another act that has had a run of surprisingly strong albums lately, especially given their vintage.

I haven’t actually listened to Midnights yet, but I agree that Folklore and Evermore are fantastic.

Midnights is different - much more electronic, which I'm sure isn't news to you. But it feels to me very much a companion piece to the previous two, and I dig it.
