I just finished running my group through the 3e module <i>The Speaker in Dreams</i> and wanted to pass on my conversion notes. Since WotC hasn't yet released the fan GSL info yet (at least that I've seen) I'm linking to it on my personal webspace rather than upload it here.

I added a significant feywild influence before the far realm monsters start appearing. Hope this helps people.
You'll need the 4e DMG, the 3e Speaker in Dreams, and the 3e Lords of Madness to make sense of all the info. PM me if you have questions on anything I did with this module.
