Have create a evil villain for a session due to a silly rumor I blurted out without thinking. Then got a crazy idea.

What if there was an evil villain roaming the countryside with usual power in the nation's rumor-mills. They found a way to break the rules.
He or She has access to every spell, class feature, and monster trait starting with a single letter.


Mike the Evil Letter Guy has Magic Resistance, Martial Arts, a Martial Archetype and can cast Magic Missile.

What is the scariest ABC you can think of?
What is the funniest?
Which letter would be most annoying?

Fritz the Fighter specialized with the Falchion and was able to cast Find Familiar, but was Favored with a Frog who in turn could cast Fireball.
