Strange spam on ENworld bloglist?

So I added the EN World D&D / RPG News blog to my google reader this morning and started through my new items, only to find:

"Helpful pointers on finding a yeast infection cure"
"Nike SB Dunk low premium mosquito"
"Some Interesting Information About Clothing That You May Want To Know"
"Selecting the right Medicare supplemental insurance for you"

Each one has a helpful link to a website that they are spamming for. I'm not sure how to report this exactly - hopefully the mods can at least contact the right people.

Are they blogs? If so, they should have a "report this blog" link on them somewhere. We'll have to delete and ban them.

I'm getting more spam on the ENworld blog RSS than I am actual posts. Someone has clearly figured out how to get around any verification that is in place. I'm going to have to unsubscribe until this is cleared up.
