* Cameron Phillips, character from "Sarah Connor's Chronicles" is a T-900?, a ginoid with living tissues (and she needs to eat). Let's imagine a ginoid ( = female droid) with biological organs, including a womb what would allow to be pregnant and be mother of a human being. Should be allowed theses to be mothers of transgenic humanoids created by the government or megacorporations to be the perfect soldier (or children by a famous artist)?
* In the saga "Hyperion Cantos" the cybrids are IA with a biological body. Could be created apes with an artificial brain? (Do you remember the 80's movie D.A.R.Y.L?) Should theses to be allowed to be citizens with rights?
* Where go souls of sentient constructs (in Starfinder), to a realm within Axis plane? Could a SRO to be a divine mystic (cleric)? Is there a hell to punish evil androids?
