If I have the this weapon and the feat "Staff Expertise", can I:
1) benefit from Staff Expertise under its dagger form?
1) transform the staff to dagger form and utilize it as a range weapon?
2) perform an implement attack while it is in dagger form?
As I am building a hybrid Artificer|Shaman, I would like to see the above setups work or not because:
a) using crossbow alone do not allow me to use shaman implement attacks.
b) unavailable to use dagger as class implement.
