While it's not very good, more people probably know VB than they know Java, so it's possibly easier to play with than PCGen. (In fact, that's why I'm releasing it - there was a thread on PC Gen recently in rec.games.frp.dnd about that very thing)

Of course, it's not commented very well, since I never really planned to, but I figured, better than nothing.

Just grabbed the source code, I'll poke at it sometime soon (hopefully).

I'm starting to learn java myself, but I understand VB much better, so this should be fun.

Perhaps I'm just dense, but I think you forgot to include the file "3rdEdition.rul" in your zip.

Yes, the .rul file appears to be missing

I seem to be missing the .rul file in my zip as well. Can you provide a link to the file, or a revised .zip file including the .rul file?
