Just now, I was flicking through the core rules for Mongoose-Publishing's D20 Judge Dredd, also looking at the Rookies Guide to Psi-Talent and think Elfric-Serpent eye might actually be an ancient Psi-User of some description because he has that third eye. (More traditionally a sign of Psi-Powers. IMO.) You don't have to agree, he may just be a Greater-EL-Creature, a Macrobe that also happens to be some sort of powerful sorcerer and nothing else.
Yet, personally, I just want to give him Psi-Powers because of that third eye he has. Wondering if there is enough compatibility between both D20 games to introduce the psi-powers of Dredd's world to Slaine world via Elfric....
Anyway, has anybody thought about statting him like I have been thinking of doing?
