Level Up (A5E) Simplifying Guidance, Inspiration, and the like through orthogonalisation

For any skill heavy game, Guidance is the most powerful spell in the game. Yep, I said it. My players try to milk it at every opportunity since we started playing 5e.

If I were a deity and one of my followers kept calling me for help like that then I might be tempted to say, "STAND ON YOUR OWN TWO FEET FOR ONCE."

Really? If they were doing your will and expanding your power? I think I'd do the opposite, and go all out to prove how great it is to worship me and serve me.
