Is it true that only a rogue can find traps sinced that is what he has been trained for? Because if anyone can find a trap then what is the use of a rogue?

Everyone can use search skill to find a trap whose DC is 20 or less. Only rogues can find traps with 21+ DC. There are some exceptions like Dwarfs, who can find traps as rogues do, provided they are stonework. Also, only rogues can disable magic traps. They are all written in PHB.
