open content firearms rules?

I think that both firearms and rules from Freeport, and the Iron Kingdoms are open content. Is this correct? Excepting anything that is obviouslt IP (Kolter etc.). If anyone know for sure please let me know.

IK's are. Also, Monte Cook just put out some free technology stuff on his site in The Stuff. Also some interesting things like compound bows and powered armor.

I saw that stuff, and I really liked it. If I hadn't already incorporated the Iron Kingdoms stuff into my campaign (with heavy modification) I would be using that. Oh well, next campaign.
