I'm looking for fantasy names, so even the excellent Onomastikon is only of limited help.

I will second this one. I really like this name generator and use it quite frequently. I also like this one from the EnWorld links section:

Though I have seen that site return a bandwidth exceeded for the month.

I just tried the Everchanging Book of Names (the link from Patryn). It looks great! I just started putting together a kingdom where the base language is based off Latin and the names it generates is great!
