But I just don’t think giving out WoTC number and getting a bunch of angry nerd rage sent to those people is a good thing overall.I believe I did note that I intend to be civil and that I ask everyone else to be as well. I also noted that I work at a call center myself, and I know exactly how little influence the person on the phone or their manager has over the situation. I also know how it feels to be on the receiving end of customer complaints with no ability to solve
