Happens every time they announce a new edition.Makes sense that sales are down the year before a new set of core books comes out. Next year will be a great sales year and then we will see more videos about being on life support the following year since sales will be down compared to next year's big bump.

The report is hereTabletop up 1%, LotR Magic set biggest selling ever.
D&D down.
Hasbro report.
the $1.3B was eOne and some smaller stuff (outlook / inventory), the Q4 loss seems to be predominantly due to the eOne writeoff. WotC tabletop was essentially flat in 2023, the 10% increase was BG3 (and Monopoly Go). So yes, all unrelated to D&DSo If I understand it, $1.2 billion in losses, with $1.3b attributed to eOne? So pretty much nothing to do with D&D.
Looks like I've already blocked whatever YouTube channel it was that created that embedded video. Let me guess: giant cartoony text with exclaimation points, a big red arrow, and an unrelated thumbnail image?
