Hey all,

It has been about 18 months since I played DnD and I am having a major brain fart on pricing magic weapons and armor.

I want a sword with a +3 enhancement with flame and ghost touch. Are the enhancement and the special ability priced separately or do I stack their bonuses and then look at the cost chart for a +5 weapon? Same question on armor, I want a +4 enhancement with ghost touch.

Stack the bonuses.

+3 + flaming + ghost touch = +5
+4 + ghost touch armour = +7
