OOC: You're thinking of Cumulative, which increases with each hit. (+1) Progressive increases with each failed save, even without another attack. (+2)

OOC: Progressive happens every time they save. if they fail, the condition gets worse. It's a +2 pp/r extra for a reason.

GM: Hmm I am not 100% sure even after re-reading both BUT ok, and in that case Rumble gets +1 Hero Point as Herculan re-rolls his Fort save, Fort save re-roll (if 1-10, +10 to result): 1D20+6 = [17]+6 = 23, made it. He is no longer suffering any affect
