Isn't there some creature that reflects mind affecting spells?

I think I remember some undead creature that hurts the caster when he tries using mind influencing spells on him. What is that creature? Is there something else that does this?

you might be thinking of the Devourer, but it doesn't exactly reflect the spells. It more neutralizes them.
The allip has nasty effects for anybody that tries to contact its mind with telepathy or mindcontrol abilities.
The deathknight from older editions did reflect spells on occasion instead of simply resist them. There's probably a template or something floating around out there for d20. This fits your description the best.
